CSR Generation: f5 BIG-IP v9.x<\/strong><\/h1>\n

  1. Launch the f5 BIG-IP web GUI.<\/li>\n
  2. Under Local Traffic select SSL Certificates<\/strong> then Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Under General Properties give your certificate a name.(ex.: StandardSSL, StandardSSLWildCard, EnkeltSSL, etc.)\n

    Note:<\/strong> This name will be used in the future to identify this certificate.<\/li>\n

  4. Under Certificate Properties enter the following information:\n
      \n
    1. Issuer:<\/strong> Comodo<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Common Name:<\/strong> Fully Qualified Domain Name<\/em> (FQDN) of the server.
      \nExample: domain.com, mail.domain.com, or *.domain.com.<\/li>\n
    3. Division:<\/strong> Your department<\/em>; such as ‘IT’,’Web’, ‘Office’, etc.<\/li>\n
    4. Organization:<\/strong> The full legal name of your organization\/company<\/em> (ex.: Acme Safe Co.)<\/li>\n
    5. Locality, State or Province, Country:<\/strong> City, state, and country where your organization is located.<\/li>\n
    6. E-mail Address:<\/strong> Your email<\/em><\/li>\n
    7. Challenge Password, Confirm Password:<\/strong> Your password<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
